Yes! If you're a parent and want to sit in on our sessions, go for it. If you'd rather sit this out, that's ok too. These sessions are about getting what you want out of them.

Not right now, but we might in the future. The idea here is to get players and coaches the individual coaching they're looking for.

Private, in-person lessons are great, and there's really no substitute for gym time. We wanted to offer a different product for different needs, where players and coaches can get really intellectual about the game, analyzing things from another perspective. Not everyone has constant, immediate access to transportation and gyms. We wanted to offer something that was open and accessible to everyone.

Yes! We offer needs-based discounts. If you think you might qualify and would like to apply for a discount, just send us an email. We'll might ask for a financial disclosure. We also offer discounts for players and coaches on one of our previous teams, and we never charge current players.

Each session comes with 90 minutes of direct, 1-on-1 coaching and film review. Prior to that, it takes us over an hour to stat and organize data for review. You're not paying an hourly rate, you're paying for a few hours of time. We don't believe in cutting corners.
